The campaign committee of Republican Party candidate Graham Allen, Graham Allen for Congress, refunded $2,900 to Harrison Rogers on May 25, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

FEC data shows the refunded expenditure was for: "Contribution to political committees (other than Super PACs and Hybrid PACs) from an individual, partnership or limited liability company."

Graham Allen for Congress has refunded $8,911 total since Dec. 1, 2020.
