Superior Court assignments for March 5, 2025, have been announced. Hon. Patrick Haggard will preside in the Municipal Court Courtroom on the first floor. Hon. Lisa Lott is assigned to Oconee County Courthouse, Courtroom 1. Hon. Eric Norris will be at Athens-Clarke County Jail, while Hon. Lawton Stephens has no court scheduled.
In State Court, Hon. Charles Auslander will be in Courtroom 2 on the third floor. Hon. Ryan Hope has no court duties for the day.
Municipal Court sees Hon. Marcy Jolles assigned to the Juvenile Court Courtroom on the first floor.
Juvenile Court assignments include Hon. Amanda Trimble in Courtroom 1 on the third floor and Hon. Latasha Prempeh conducting remote hearings.
Magistrate Court proceedings will take place in Magistrate Court Courtrooms on the second floor with Judges Benjamin Makin, Donarell Green, and Kelly Wegel presiding.
