ATHENS AREA CHAMBER OF COMMERCE: Hailey Brock Named Partner at Kimbrough Law

Athens Area Chamber of Commerce issued the following announcement on June 16. 

Hailey Brock has been named partner at Kimbrough Law, company officials announced today. Ms. Brock joins founder William H. (Kim) Kimbrough, Jr. at the helm of the Athens/Gainesville based elder law and estate planning firm.

Since joining Kimbrough Law as associate attorney in 2020, Ms. Brock has provided legal expertise on a wide range of client issues with a focus on estate planning, asset protection, Medicaid planning, Veterans benefits, and probate matters.

“Hailey has been a valuable addition to the Kimbrough Law team,” said Mr. Kimbrough. “This partnership will enable her to play an even greater role in the firm’s success.” Ms. Brock graduated magna cum laude from The University of Virginia with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Spanish. She went on to obtain her Juris Doctor and Master of Laws in Intellectual Property from The George Washington University Law School. While attending law school, Ms. Brock worked as a legal intern at the Federal Trade Commission assisting the Deputy Director and Chief Counsel for Intellectual Property.  She also clerked at McGuire Woods, LLP in Richmond, Virginia. Prior to joining Kimbrough Law Ms. Brock worked as an attorney at UnitedLex Corporation in Durham, North Carolina.
