ATHENS AREA CHAMBER OF COMMERCE: Coldwell Banker Upchurch Realty Welcomes New Agent Lynette Bryant

Athens Area Chamber of Commerce issued the following announcement on Mar. 10. 

Lynette Bryant joins Coldwell Banker Upchurch Realty as a licensed REALTOR® in residential properties.

Bryant graduated from the University of Illinois at Chicago with a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice. She earned her Master’s degree in Social Work at the University of Georgia in 2020. Bryant is excited to start her Encore Career in the real estate industry.

 

Before joining Coldwell Banker/Upchurch Realty, she worked in the insurance sector, including financial planning and funeral pre-planning. She has also worked as a substitute teacher, owned a small business, and worked at a Legal Aid Clinic.

 

In her free time, Bryant enjoys DIY projects. She has experience laying ceramic tile, vinyl flooring, cutting trim, painting, and flipping furniture. Bryant has volunteered in a ministry to incarcerated women, which she found very fulfilling. She loves to read inspirational, theological and historical books. She has been in the Athens area since 2018, and has enjoyed being involved in her condominium community as well as her church.

 

Bryant is interested in the personal, social, psychological and emotional aspects of the home buying process. She is aware that the stages of life are always changing and that home needs change along with it. She believes she can apply her creative mind and DIY experience to help buyers imagine the perfect home for them. Sellers will benefit from her desire to help them make their selling experience as smooth as possible.
