The campaign committee of Republican Party candidate Gary Black, Gary Black for Senate Inc., refunded $2,900 to Curtis David Collins on July 15, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

FEC data shows the refunded expenditure was for: "Contribution to political committees (other than Super PACs and Hybrid PACs) from an individual, partnership or limited liability company."

Gary Black for Senate Inc. has refunded $31,850 total since Feb. 1.
