The campaign committee of Republican Party candidate Graham Allen, Graham Allen for Congress, refunded $2,900 to John Dill on July 23, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

FEC data shows the refunded expenditure was for: "Earmarked contributions to political committees (other than Super PACs and Hybrid PACs) from an individual, partnership or limited liability company."

Graham Allen for Congress has refunded $44,211 total since Feb. 1.
