The campaign committee of Republican Party candidate Graham Allen, Graham Allen for Congress, refunded $776 to Regina Diaz on Aug. 31, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

FEC data shows the refunded expenditure was for: "Contribution to political committees (other than Super PACs and Hybrid PACs) from an individual, partnership or limited liability company."

Graham Allen for Congress has refunded $44,987 total since March 1.
