The campaign committee of Democratic Party candidate Devin D. Pandy Sr., Devin Pandy for Congress, refunded $150 to Cherrell T. Holmes on July 26, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

According to the FEC data, the following reason was listed for the refunded expenditure: 'Contribution refund to an individual, partnership or limited liability company'.
