Justin Payne, a former North Oconee High School standout and current guard for the Young Harris Mountain Lions, is set to participate in the Division II NCAA Basketball Tournament.
The Mountain Lions, seeded No. 8, will open the tournament against the top-seeded Anderson Trojans.
The opening game is scheduled for Saturday, March 14 at 5 p.m. at Abney Athletic Center.
