Distinguished Research Professor and Shackelford Distinguished Professor in Taxation Law Emeritus Walter Hellerstein from the University of Georgia School of Law delivered a presentation at the Sixth Meeting of the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) Global Forum on VAT.
