Country music artist Gavin Adcock is set to perform at the Akins Ford Arena in Athens, Georgia, on October 17, 2025. This performance is part of his Need To Tour. A native of Watkinsville, Georgia, Adcock transitioned from a football career at Georgia Southern University to music after a knee injury in 2021. His debut single marked the start of his rise in the country music industry.
Adcock's latest album, "Actin’ Up Again," released in August 2024, has become the most streamed country debut album of the year with over 350 million streams. The hit single “A Cigarette” has over 125 million streams alone. The Actin’ Up Again Tour began in fall 2024 and has seen sold-out performances nationwide with over 100,000 tickets sold.
Joining Adcock for this event are rising country artists Conner Smith and Lanie Gardner. Smith is known for blending traditional country with contemporary elements, while Gardner gained fame through viral covers and her soulful voice.
