The municipal court has announced its schedule for the weeks of December 9 to December 20, 2024. Individuals can pay citations online, in person, or over the phone at any time. In case of a cancellation, cases will be reset as soon as possible.
During the week of December 9-13, municipal court arraignments are scheduled for Monday and Wednesday in the Municipal Courtroom. On Tuesday, hearings will take place in the Juvenile Courtroom while jail calls will occur at Clarke County Jail. No court sessions are planned for Thursday.
For the following week, December 16-20, arraignments on Monday and Wednesday have been cancelled. Jail calls on Tuesday will still be held at Clarke County Jail, but trials scheduled for that day are cancelled. Arraignments on Thursday will proceed in the Municipal Courtroom. For parking arraignments on Friday, attendees should check in at the Municipal Court Clerk’s window as these cases won't be held in the courtroom.
