Court location assignments announced for December 9th

Superior Court judges will hold sessions in various locations on Monday, December 9, 2024. Judge Stephens is assigned to Oconee County Courthouse, Courtroom 2, while Judge Haggard will preside over proceedings in Courtroom 1 of the same courthouse. Judge Norris will not be holding court on this day. Meanwhile, Judge Lott is scheduled to be at the City Hall Commission Chamber located at 301 College Avenue in Athens, Georgia.

In State Court, Judge Auslander will oversee cases in Courtroom 5 of the Athens-Clarke County Courthouse. Similarly, Judge Hope is assigned to Courtroom 4 within the same facility.

Municipal Court proceedings will take place under the supervision of Judge Jolles at the Athens-Clarke County Courthouse's Municipal Court courtroom.

Magistrate Court duties are divided among several judges. In the morning, Judge Makin will conduct sessions in the Magistrate Court Small Courtroom and move to the Juvenile Court courtroom for afternoon hearings. Additionally, Judge Green is scheduled for hearings in the Magistrate Court Small Courtroom. Remote hearings will be conducted by Judge Wegel.

For Juvenile Court matters, both Judges Prempeh and Trimble are set to preside over cases at the Athens-Clarke County Juvenile Court courtroom.
