The Housing and Community Development Department (HCD) of ACCGov has released its Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) for 2024. This report is part of the department's obligations to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
The CAPER outlines the achievements and challenges faced by HCD over the past year. It provides detailed information on how HUD funds have been used to benefit the community, including partnerships with local agencies. The report aims to ensure transparency and demonstrates a commitment to addressing goals related to affordable housing, homelessness, public services, economic development, and infrastructure.
