The General Election on November 5, 2024, is approaching, and several important dates and details have been announced. Advance voting is available from October 15 to November 1 at various locations, though some early billboards incorrectly mentioned November 3 as the end date. These are being updated.
Advance voting on weekends is possible at specific sites like the Lyndon House Arts Center. The deadline for requesting absentee ballots is October 25. Absentee ballots must be received by the Athens-Clarke County Elections Department by the close of polls on Election Day.
