Starting on Wednesday, June 19, 2024, at 7:00 am local time, Runway 9-27 is scheduled to be closed until Saturday, June 22, 2024. This closure is estimated to last four days. During this period, Runway 2-20 will remain open.
The closure is necessary due to work being conducted in the Safety Areas of Runway 9-27. Completion of this part of the work could occur sooner, possibly by Friday. Stakeholders are advised to check their NOTAMs for up-to-date information on closures or contact the airport at 706-613-3420 with any questions.
