Of the 7,519 people living in Auburn in 2020, 49.2 percent (3,699) were women and 50.8 percent (3,820) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Athens Reporter.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 132. In the 65 and over age range, there were 413 females and 288 males.
