Of the 160 people living in Dewy Rose in 2020, 48.8 percent (78) were women and 51.3 percent (82) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Athens Reporter.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 20. In the 65 and over age range, there were 14 females and eight males.
