Bethlehem Elementary School issued the following announcement on Feb. 13.
Mrs. Glaze’s 3rd grade class recently finished reading the book, Because of Winn-Dixie. Today they celebrated by watching the movie and enjoying some refreshments that the book mentions. They had Littmus Lozenges (butterscotch + Werthers), pickles, sandwiches, and dump punch. The dump punch recipe comes straight from the book: grapefruit juice, soda (Sprite), and orange juice (Orange Sherbet).
