Athens Area Chamber of Commerce issued the following announcement on July 27.
Coldwell Banker Upchurch Realty’s very own President and Broker, Charles Upchurch III, was awarded the Robert S. Stubbs II Guardian of Ethics Award by the Rotary Club of Oconee County on June 29th, 2021.
The Guardian of Ethics Award, named for Rotary Club of Canton Rotarian Robert S. (Bob) Stubbs II, was established to encourage and promote ideals of ethics in all vocations. This Vocational Service award identifies a Rotarian who exemplifies the attributes and passion for ethics in his vocation, business, and personal life that Robert Stubbs so exemplified.
This award was given to Upchurch for making outstanding contributions that fostered the development of ethics, making significant contributions in his vocation of Real Estate, and has by his actions and policies strengthened and cultivated development of ethical practices.
