Ty Smith joins Coldwell Banker Upchurch Realty as a licensed REALTOR® in residential properties.
Ty Smith has a passion for Real Estate and helping his clients build their future. As an Athens, Georgia local, he utilizes extensive knowledge of Clarke County and surrounding areas to help his clients with the buying and selling process. After graduating from The University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing Education, Smith worked at Frontline Selling for 10 years developing experience in business marketing and business development. While there, he was a member of the President’s Club and received the Top Performer award 3 years running. In search of a new challenge, Smith obtained his REALTOR® license to pursue a career in helping clients reach their real estate goals.
When he is not assisting his clients, Smith can be found enjoying nature, traveling, cheering for the Dawgs, and spending time with his wife and new baby boy. Feeling the pull of the town he has always loved, Smith decided to move his family back to Athens. He could not imagine a better place to raise his son and build a business.
