Of the 273 people living in Talmo in 2019, 42.1 percent (115) were women and 57.9 percent (158) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Athens Reporter.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by a ratio of 93-to-76. In the 65 and over age range, there were 17 females and 21 males.
