In a post dated March 31, 2025, Clyde expressed support for requiring proof of U.S. citizenship to register to vote. He stated, “Requiring proof of U.S. citizenship to register to vote is a NO BRAINER. This week, the House will vote on the SAVE Act to do just that.”
