The Quilts of Valor Foundation, represented by Ann Flippen and Phyllis Rother, presented a quilt made by Quilts of Valor volunteers to Commissioner Mark Saxon at the Board of Commissioners Agenda Setting Meeting on Tuesday, November 29. The presentation was made in recognition of Commissioner Saxon’s military service from 1983-2007. The Quilts of Valor Foundation awards handmade quilts to service members and veterans touched by war.
