The Prince Avenue Christian School Performing Arts Department invites you to see Crazy for You! With songs by George and Ira Gershwin, you are certain to find some jazz classics that get your toes tapping.

Showtimes are Thursday, October 20th at 7:00 pm and Saturday, October 22nd at 2:00 and 7:00 pm in the Prince Avenue Baptist Church Tabernacle. Tickets are available for $12 online or $15 at the door.

Crazy for You follows a young man named Bobby Child (sophomore Dylan Capps) who dreams of being a performer and dancing on stage. His mother (junior Natalie Schroeder) and his self-proclaimed fiancé (senior Gracie Bahnsen) want him to work in the bank. To escape their nagging, Bobby goes to Deadrock, Nevada to collect money for a theatre whose owner has not been able to make its payments. It is there that Bobby meets and falls in love with Polly Baker (senior Kaylor Jones). She teaches him that life can be sunny if he has rhythm, music, and love. This show is full of music from America’s songbook, and the zany characters will certainly keep you laughing. Who could ask for anything more?
