Prince Avenue Christian School issued the following announcement on Mar. 29.

Prince performing arts and band students recently traveled to Walt Disney World to participate in events at the Disney Imagination Campus. Before traveling to Disney, Performing Arts students learned “Colder by the Minute,” a song from Frozen which is found in the Broadway show but not in the movie. In the Broadway Magic workshop, students learned the original Broadway choreography for the song as well as techniques for acting, characterization, movement, and voice.

Band students performed two selections in Festival Disney 2022 which were adjudicated by three judges. After the performance one of the judges provided insight on the performance and worked with the band students on musical interpretation and technique.

In addition to the events at the Imagination Campus, students enjoyed time together in Hollywood Studios, the Magic Kingdom, and Epcot.
