MedLink not onlytreats illness, but also provides preventive services to keep patientswell. MedLink is a NCQA Recognized Patient Center Medical Home thatis focused on improving the health of our patients. Through ourPopulation Health Management, MedLink is dedicated to prevention anddetecting illness early to minimize the effect on the lives ofpatients, in order to maximize our patients’ ability to live healthierlives. In doing so, there is a decrease in costly specialty andinpatient care and reduces the length of hospital stays. Such care isnot only cost effective; it improves the quality of our patients’lives.
