On Saturday, Nov. 22, former Clarke Central High School standout Kendrick Curry’s current collegiate team the Kentucky State Thorobreds lost 24-45 against the Newberry Wolves in the NCAA Division II Football Championship.
The game took place at Setzler Field at 1 p.m. and was the first matchup against the Newberry Wolves in the tournament.
