Former North Oconee High School standout Justin Payne contributed to Young Harris Mountain Lions’ narrow 72-69 victory over the Anderson Trojans on Saturday, March 14, in the NCAA Division II Basketball Tournament.
The matchup, held at Abney Athletic Center at 5 p.m., marked the first tournament meeting for Young Harris against Anderson.
Young Harris Mountain Lions are set for their next contest on Sunday, March 15, at 7:30 p.m., also at Abney Athletic Center.
