Walter Hellerstein, Distinguished Research Professor and Shackelford Distinguished Professor in Taxation Law Emeritus, presented on a panel addressing taxable persons and related issues in value-added tax law at the Court of Justice of the European Union Conference held at the Vienna University of Economics and Business in Austria during March.
