These Georgia Department of Education surveys help measure perceptions of school climate which includes education, safety, social support, involvement, and communication. Survey responses are confidential and will be used to help identify areas in need of improvement.

Students will also be asked to complete a survey. You may review them all through the links below.

If you would like your child to opt out of the student survey, please download, print and complete the form(s) below to return to your child’s school.
