Gavin Adcock sells out Akins Ford Arena with high-energy hometown concert

Gavin Adcock performed to a full house at Akins Ford Arena in Athens, Georgia, marking the venue’s sixth sold-out show in its first year. The event featured opening acts by Conner Smith and Lanie Gardner, leading up to Adcock’s setlist that included songs such as “Sweetheart” and “Last One to Know.” Fans remained engaged throughout the concert.

Paul Cramer, President and CEO of The Classic Center/Akins Ford Arena, commented on the evening: “What an incredible time to be in Athens. Downtown was filled with music stars and sold-out shows. Gavin delivered an absolutely electrifying performance, and the energy he brought to the arena was unforgettable.”

The event also recognized Adcock’s background as a former Georgia Southern football player by featuring a large football inflatable at the entrance. Attendees could enjoy themed food options and take photos against a custom backdrop inside the arena. Product samples from partners Good Days and Sun Cruiser were distributed on the concourse.

Akins Ford Arena is located in Athens, Georgia. It is part of The Classic Center Authority and can host more than 8,000 people for various events including concerts, conventions, family shows, and sports tournaments.
