Elevate Wealth Advisory announced on Mar. 26 several key promotions and expanded leadership roles within the firm, highlighting individuals who have shown responsibility, commitment to excellence, and a desire to lead.
The announcement matters as it reflects the firm’s ongoing efforts to strengthen its leadership team amid continued growth and an evolving regulatory environment.
Brian Rosso has been named Vice President in conjunction with his three-year anniversary at Elevate Wealth Advisory. He will continue serving clients as a wealth adviser while taking on broader organizational responsibilities. “Brian’s leadership has been instrumental in shaping how we operate and grow,” said Deanne Rosso, President & CEO of Elevate Wealth Advisory. “His ability to lead with both strategy and heart has elevated our entire team, and this next step is a natural reflection of the impact he’s made over the past three years.”
Clarke Holt was appointed Chief Compliance Officer in addition to his role as wealth adviser after leading the firm through a comprehensive Securities and Exchange Commission audit that resulted in exceptional outcomes for Elevate. “Clarke brings a strong focus on diligence and integrity to our compliance program,” said Rosso. “His leadership during our SEC audit gave our entire team confidence, and this new role recognizes both his knowledge and his commitment to doing things the right way.”
Other promotions include Betsy Kenyon becoming Director of Marketing from her previous position as Marketing Coordinator, where she will oversee strategic marketing initiatives; Preston Wilkie was promoted to Service Team Manager while continuing as Associate Adviser.
“These promotions represent more than new titles—they reflect the strength of our team and our shared commitment to serving our clients at the highest level,” Rosso added. “We are proud to recognize these individuals and excited for what’s ahead.”
Elevate Wealth Advisory describes itself as a comprehensive financial planning firm dedicated to helping clients align their financial lives with their goals.
