December Business of the Month: Hampton House Personal Care Home

0Comments

Congratulations to Hampton House Personal Care Home for earning our December Business of the Month! Nominations are accepted from the community each month, and the Chamber’s Membership Development Committee selects the recipient based on that feedback.

Located in Colbert, Hampton House is a senior living facility that offers “Quality Care with Southern Elegance in YOUR Community”. The Hampton House was built in the early 1900’s by Dr. H Hawkins Hampton and his wife, Martha Elizabeth Griffeth, to house patients during treatment. The home was renovated in 2008 and opened its doors in 2010. Under new ownership of Edwin Hart and Tripp Strickland, it remains true to the classic revival style that makes the home truly stand apart from other local senior communities.

Some of their nominations included the following statements:

“Through COVID till now, they have been working to help families in difficult situations. They are Compassionate and many people in the community speak highly of them.”

“They give the best quality care to the elderly community in our County.”

“They do such a wonderful job of caring for those in need.”

“Appreciate their community outreach!”

Staff members are also extremely active Chamber functions including hosting high school students in the healthcare pathway for our MADICO MADE Job Shadowing Day, Madison County Women’s Business Connection and Young Professionals Groups, and the Back to School Rally and Job Fair. They go above and beyond to connect their residents to the community and most recently hosted a Halloween Carnival.

Thank you to Hampton House Personal Care Home for providing such a positive image in our community. We look forward to cheering on your continued success!
