Jenn Brown joins Coldwell Banker Upchurch Realty as a licensed REALTOR® in residential properties.

Born in Athens, Georgia, Brown has been a native of the Athens- Clarke County and the Jackson County areas her entire life. Brown is a graduate of the University of Georgia and while attending college, she worked for the University of Georgia Athletic Association.

Brown has worked in the legal profession as a litigation paralegal for over 16 years and has a background in outside sales and insurance claims. She is absolutely no stranger to handling negotiations in many different areas of business and law to ensure the best outcome for her customers and clients.

No matter the career, Brown’s philosophy has stayed the same: “The clients always come first. If you listen to your clients and stay in direct communication with them throughout the entire work process, you will undoubtedly provide them with the best experience and turn their expectations into realities.”

Brown enjoys being involved with her local community. She has been a committee member for the Athens Walk to End Alzheimer’s since 2016 and she has co-chaired the committee in 2018 and 2019, respectfully.

When Brown is not working, she enjoys going to Georgia Football games, Georgia Basketball games, and spending time with friends, family, and her dog, Buster Brown.

Brown looks forward to applying her vast work experience and knowledge of the surrounding areas to assist you in all your real estate wants and needs.
