Christopher M. Bruner, who serves as the Stembler Family Distinguished Professor in Business Law, has contributed a chapter to the new book “Global Corporations and Sustainability: Rethinking Legal and Economic Frameworks.” The chapter, titled “Corporate Governance and Sustainability Incentives,” addresses issues at the intersection of corporate governance and sustainability.

The volume is edited by B. Choudhury and published by Edward Elgar in 2025. Bruner’s work examines how corporate governance structures can influence incentives for companies to adopt sustainable practices.
