Auburn Elementary School issued the following announcement on Mar. 23 .

The students celebrated were nominated by their teachers based on their outstanding accomplishments in a variety of different areas. The Yes I Can award is modeled after the state and national award given by the Council for Exceptional Children that is awarded to students based on a number of achievements both at school and in the community. The theme of our celebration this year was Hollywood stars and the line up of children celebrated are definitely star worthy! We are so proud of each of them!
