Athens-Clarke County Elections Department moves temporarily during office renovations

The Athens-Clarke County Government (ACCGov) Elections Department will temporarily relocate its offices due to upcoming renovations at 155 East Washington Street. The renovations are scheduled to begin on Monday, December 15, 2025, and are expected to be completed by the end of March 2026.

During this period, all services provided by the Elections Department, including voter registration and production of voter identification cards, will be available at the Costa Building located next door at 133 East Washington Street. Visitors can access the temporary location through the side door near the picnic tables situated between the two buildings.
