Athens Area Chamber of Commerce issued the following announcement on May 31. 

Nick Huper joins Coldwell Banker Upchurch Realty as a licensed REALTOR® in residential properties.
 
Huper, an Athens local, graduated from Clark Central High School in 2018. He recently completed 2 pre-license real estate courses and obtained his real estate license. He has previously worked for Target and gained valuable sales experience from his time there. Huper strives to deliver high levels of customer service and satisfaction.
When he is not working, Huper enjoys working out, watching movies, and going on road trips. He is very dedicated to his personal fitness and is a member of both Crunch Fitness and Athens Health and Fitness.

Huper is very motivated and eager to see his career in real estate blossom. He wants to make the buying and selling process easy and memorable for his clients and build relationships with his clients while doing so. He looks to be committed to his clients in any way he can.
