The Appellate Litigation Clinic at the University of Georgia School of Law argued Pena-Lopez v. Blanche before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, according to a May 29 announcement. Julia A. Gillies and Katelyn W. Hulsey, both graduates from the Class of 2026, presented oral arguments as part of their clinic experience.
