Anne M. Tucker, who holds the Alston Chair in Corporate Law, has co-authored a new article titled “Charting New Frontiers: A Legal Literature Review of Social Entrepreneurship and Impact Investing 2018-2023.” The publication appears in the 21st volume of the New York University Journal of Law & Business. Tucker collaborated with D. Burand on this review, which surveys recent legal scholarship on social entrepreneurship and impact investing.

The article examines developments in these fields over a five-year period, highlighting trends and changes in legal literature between 2018 and 2023.
